Refund policy
Refund, Reprint & Cancellation Policy
At OTTORON, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Because every order is 100% custom-manufactured to your specific artwork and specifications, our refund and return policies differ from traditional retail stores.
1. 100% Quality Guarantee & No Physical Returns
We stand by our "Precision execution" promise. If your printed products arrive with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or do not match the specifications of your approved order, we will make it right by providing a free reprint expedited to you, or a full/partial refund.
Please do not physically return any items to our business address. Because all products are custom-made with your specific design, they cannot be restocked or resold. Once your claim is verified and approved by our team, you may simply dispose of or recycle the defective items.
- How to claim: Please contact us at support@ottoron.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and clear photos demonstrating the defect.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications (The "Pre-Production" Window)
Our prepress engineering team manually reviews every file you submit. We offer flexibility for changes or cancellations right up until the actual manufacturing process begins.
- Before Production Starts: You may cancel or modify your order for a Full Refund at any time before we send you the official confirmation email stating that your files are approved and your order has been moved into production.
- After Production Starts: Once our team sends you the "ORDER STATUS: APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION" email, the manufacturing process is locked. At this stage, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as the physical printing has already begun.
If you need to request a change before production starts, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email or contact support@ottoron.com with "URGENT" in the subject line.
3. Non-Refundable Situations (Customer Responsibility)
We cannot issue refunds or free reprints for errors that were present in the artwork files provided by the customer. We are not responsible for:
- Typos or Grammatical Errors: Misspellings or text formatting issues in your uploaded files.
- Low-Resolution Images: Blurry prints resulting from uploading low-quality files (we require 300 DPI or higher).
- Design Errors: Important text or logos cut off because they were placed outside the designated safety margins.
- Color Variances: Slight color differences between your computer monitor (RGB) and the final physical print (CMYK), which is standard in the printing industry.
We strongly encourage all clients to double-check their artwork files before placing an order.
