• Standard Production: 2 to 5 business days. This allows for precision manufacturing and necessary curing time for specialized coatings.

*Production lead time begins once your artwork is officially approved by our prepress team.

2. GLOBAL SHIPPING TIERS

We utilize dedicated air-logistics corridors and premium couriers to minimize transit times:

• Standard Priority (International Dedicated Air): Estimated 7-14 business days. This specialized route is optimized for high-efficiency customs clearance in the destination country. FREE on qualifying orders.
• Expedited Global Courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx): Estimated 3-6 business days. Recommended for time-critical corporate projects requiring expedited routing.

3. FULFILLMENT & ORIGIN

To provide the most competitive factory-direct pricing and maintain strict quality control, all custom orders are dispatched from our Global Specialized Manufacturing Hubs. 4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international shipments, any applicable VAT, GST, HST, or import duties imposed by the destination country's customs agency are the responsibility of the recipient. OTTORON is not liable for carrier-wide network delays or local customs processing times.
