GLOBAL LOGISTICS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
At OTTORON Print, we manage a sophisticated international logistics network to ensure our custom-manufactured assets reach you in pristine condition. Quality cannot be rushed, and precision cannot be compromised.
01. GLOBAL SHIPPING TIERS
To provide factory-direct pricing without compromising on quality, all assets are dispatched from our Global Specialized Manufacturing Hubs. We utilize dedicated air-logistics corridors for minimal transit times.
- Standard Priority (Dedicated Air): 7-14 business days. Optimized for high-efficiency customs clearance. (FREE on qualifying orders).
- Expedited Courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx): 3-6 business days. Recommended for time-critical corporate projects.
02. THE PRODUCTION WINDOW
Standard production requires 2 to 5 business days. This allows for precision manufacturing and necessary curing time for specialized coatings (such as 3D Spot UV and Foil Stamping).
[2-5 Days Production] + [Chosen Transit Time] = Estimated Arrival.
03. THE UNYIELDING GUARANTEE (REFUNDS & REPRINTS)
We stand by our "Precision Execution" promise. Because every order is 100% custom-manufactured to your specifications, traditional physical returns are not applicable. Instead, we operate on a strict Verification & Resolution protocol.
- Manufacturing Defects: If your assets arrive with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or deviations from your approved proof, contact us at support@ottoron.com within 14 days. Upon verification via photo evidence, we will initiate an immediate free expedited reprint or issue a refund.
- No Physical Returns Required: Once your claim is approved, you may securely dispose of the defective items.
04. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Our prepress engineering team reviews every file. You maintain flexibility right up until the manufacturing process is initiated.
- The Pre-Production Window: You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund at any time before receiving the official "APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION" confirmation.
- The Lock-in Phase: Once production begins, the manufacturing process is physically locked. Orders can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded.
*Note: OTTORON is not liable for customer-supplied errors, including typos, low-resolution uploads, or critical artwork placed outside the safe zone.
