Stickers - Artwork Guidelines

Precision is everything. To ensure your custom stickers are cut perfectly to your vision, please follow OTTORON's industrial die-cut specifications.

1. File Setup & Cutlines

  • Accepted Formats: Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are mandatory for custom shapes. High-res PNG/JPG (300 DPI) are accepted only for standard shapes (square/circle).
  • Cutline Indicator: For custom die-cut shapes, please include a 100% Magenta vector stroke (0.25pt) to indicate the exact cut path.

2. Bleed & Safe Zone

  • Bleed : Background colors or patterns must extend exactly 0.125" (approx. 2mm) beyond the magenta cutline.
  • Safe Zone : All essential text and logos must stay at least 0.125" inside the cutline to avoid being clipped.
  • White Border : If you prefer a white border around your artwork, please specify in the order notes (default is 0.1" white border for kiss-cut).
