Artwork & Templates
Precision is everything. To ensure your custom stickers are cut perfectly to your vision, please follow OTTORON's industrial die-cut specifications.
1. File Setup & Cutlines
- Accepted Formats: Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are mandatory for custom shapes. High-res PNG/JPG (300 DPI) are accepted only for standard shapes (square/circle).
- Cutline Indicator: For custom die-cut shapes, please include a 100% Magenta vector stroke (0.25pt) to indicate the exact cut path.
2. Bleed & Safe Zone
- Bleed : Background colors or patterns must extend exactly 0.125" (approx. 2mm) beyond the magenta cutline.
- Safe Zone : All essential text and logos must stay at least 0.125" inside the cutline to avoid being clipped.
- White Border : If you prefer a white border around your artwork, please specify in the order notes (default is 0.1" white border for kiss-cut).

Properties: 100% Waterproof, UV-Resistant, Tear-Proof.
Our flagship material. Engineered for both indoor aesthetics and outdoor survival. Coated with an industrial-strength adhesive, this thick vinyl substrate withstands extreme weather, dishwashers, and harsh UV rays without fading or peeling. Available in absolute Matte or High-Gloss finish.
The Phantom Clear (Transparent Vinyl)
Properties: Seamless Integration, White Ink Base.
Designed to blend flawlessly with glass, metal, or dark packaging. We employ a precision White Ink Underbase technology—printing a layer of opaque white beneath your colors so they remain vibrant and do not become washed out against dark backgrounds.
The Prism Holographic (Iridescent Film)
Properties: Dynamic Light Refraction, Cyberpunk Aesthetic.
Catch the light from every angle. This premium metallized film creates a stunning rainbow effect. By utilizing white ink masking, we can control exactly which parts of your design are holographic and which remain opaque, offering ultimate design control.
